EXPERIENCE INFORMATION

The prices are based on departures with a minimum of 2 people. If you are interested in a private experience, please do not hesitate to contact us through any communication channel, where we will inform you of the possibilities available based on your proposal.

Transport depends on the type of excursion and the number of people who book; it can be anything from a car to a bus.
All our vehicles are chauffeur-driven air-conditioned vehicles compliant with international quality and safety standards.

The services included in each of the experiences are specified in the product information section.
In general, the services may include: local guide, transport from the departure point to the end of the experience, visits and tickets to the various tourist attractions, lunch and travel insurance.

Both the experience guides and the accompanying guides on our team are highly qualified local guides who specialize in the experiences we offer. Travel San Sebastian guarantees trained staff capable of solving any incident arising during the activity.

The usual meeting point for most of the experiences is the Renfe train station next to the new Bus station in San Sebastián, opposite the Hotel Silken Amara Plaza. However, the meeting point for each experience is given in the information about each one.

You need to bring the booking receipt or confirmation (in digital or printed format) and the valid identity document you used for the booking (ID card or passport).

RESERVATION PROCESS

The deadline for bookings depends on each experience, but it is always advisable to book at least 24 hours in advance.

We ask for this information to confirm the booking and so that we can contact you quickly if there are changes to your booking, the schedule or the itinerary.
What’s more, we can call you if you can’t find the departure point indicated on your booking information.
Travel San Sebastian complies with Spain’s Organic Laws on Data Protection (LOPD 15/1999 and LSSI-CE 34/2002).

PAYMENT PROCESS

Payment is accepted by credit card, cash for on-the-spot bookings and bank transfers for previously arranged group bookings.

Your credit card details are necessary for the booking as the card will be used to pay for the experience. If the booking is made less than 24 hours before departure, 100% of the amount will be charged. If you book earlier than that, only 10% of the price will be charged as a guarantee. The remaining amount will be charged on the day of the experience.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers can cancel their bookings at any time before departure, but penalties may apply depending on how much time is left before the experience begins:

-Cancellations prior to 48 hours before the start: No cancellation fee.

-Cancellations within 48 hours before the start: Penalty of 10% of the total price of the experience.

-Cancellations on the day of the experience: Penalty of 100%
